Slimming goddess is ONE of my favorite teas! It is great for after a meal to settle your stomach. I also drink it before going to the gym. It has a nice gentle caffeine boost to help me get the most of my workout. My boyfriend likes to put honey in his , but I think it is delicious by itself.

It tastes really good! I was looking for something with lemongrass and ginger. Chris and the staff are great at personalizing their recommendations to fit what you are looking for. This is a nice blend.
