White Teas
White teas are made from young leaves and buds of Camellia sinensis (the tea plant). They usually have soft and subtle flavor notes from fruity to floral. White teas are not caffeine-free, though the tea is less processed, so the caffeine is less bioavailable and the body does not absorb as much of it.
This category contains all teas that we carry with white tea as an ingredient, including blends where white tea is mixed with other teas or herbs.
