Get all of the goodness of tea with matcha! The stem and veins are removed from the tea leaf to produce matcha; what's left is powdered tea containing the highest percentage of polyphenols/antioxidants. This ceremonial-grade matcha is made from a gyokuro base featuring intense, deep green flavor with a silky smoothness for a very satisfying cup. INSTRUCTIONS: approx 1/4-1/2 tsp to 4 oz water at 185 degrees, whisk until frothy and drink quickly. Enjoy! Sold in 2 ounce quantities, with a 1oz premium sample option.
Water Temp: 180º
Steep Time: Whip 1/4-1/2 tsp in 4 oz of water until frothy, and drink without straining the leaf particles.
Note: 2oz of tea brews approximately 50+ 4 oz cups.

my husband and i are on the look out for the perfect cup of matcha. i come here for my other teas and was please to find that they have matcha as well. As soon as i got home after purchasing a couple ounces i made myself a cup. The texture is beautiful. its bright and creamy and refreshing, add a splash of cream and give me a good book and it makes for the perfect evening!.
