This was another tea that I was unsure about when I sniffed it. But once I tried it, I was hooked. The vanilla is so nice and the lemongrass is subtle. I'm not a fan of overwhelming lemon, so I appreciated the note of lemon without it punching you in the face. I've had this multiple times now and I just adore it. It's a nice, relaxing tea for a slow day.

Great herbal tea on its own, but have used it as a soup base with chicken and shrimp. Gave a healthier alternative to a salty stock without skimping on flavor.
