Introduction to Herbal First Aid: Class 2

Why stock an entire pharmacy in your first-aid kit when you can pack a few fragrant herbs? With summer trips and cookouts around the corner, our herbalist Ken has put together a three-part workshop on herbal first aid!
Join us on Saturday, July 8th from 2:00 pm–4:00 pm for the second installment of the workshop. You do NOT have to have attended the first workshop in order to come to this one, but if you did, there'll stll be more to discover here! We'll explore the history of herbs as medicine and how they provide the foundation for modern pharmeceuticals, and then learn the healing properties of important herbs to have on hand and how to use them.
Take home a kit with each of these herbs and a guide on how to use them for healing, and by the end of the third workshop, your herbal first-aid kit will be complete!
The last class in the series will be held Saturday, August 12th, from 2:00 pm–4:00 pm.
