Mini Puer Tuocha
Puers are a classification of tea within dark teas, which go through a special fermentation (oxidation) process, increasing the longevity and potency of the tea as well as developing probiotic properties. This sheng (raw/green) puer is formed into mini tuochas (bowls/nests) which get better with age. One tuocha brews a very strong cup, large mug, or small pot of deep, rich, and earthy fermented tea and resteeps several times!
Sold in 2oz increments with 1oz premium sample option.
Water Temp: 180ºF-205ºF
Steep Time: Varies depending on preference; can be anywhere from 30 sec to 5 min.
